Leonard L. Schoelkopf serves as Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer. Mr. Schoelkopf is a seasoned bilingual senior executive with
broad business and managerial expertise in a variety of industries including
language services, healthcare and aerospace within the US Hispanic and Mexico
market space. Mr. Schoelkopf is a former US Air Force captain. He earned his undergraduate degree with honors in
Business Administration from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University and received
his MBA from Southern Methodist University. Sharon serves as Director, Business Development and brings a strong background in linguistics to the company translation team. With more than 20 years in the US Air Force, she is fluent in Russian and has studied Czech extensively, in addition to having served as a technical training and language instructor at Goodfellow Air Force Base, Texas, and as a Russian adjunct faculty member for the National Security Agency, Maryland. Her distinguished military service includes 6 years in the White House as Senior Presidential Translator under Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush, where she managed and operated a state-of-the-art set of secure communications circuits and critical Head of State voice circuits for the President of the United States, the Office of the Vice President, and the National Security Council. While at the White House, Sharon served as the designated proficiency appraiser on the Moscow Link Interagency Evaluation Board, and provided translation support to the White House Communications Agency staff and the United States Secret Service during overseas summits. Ms. Carlisle is a three-time graduate of the Defense Language Institute.
