Request for Premium Processing Service Purpose of Form : Employers may use this form to request faster processing of certain employment-based petitions and applications. The Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker and Form I-140, Immigrant Petition for Alien Worker have been designated for Premium Processing Service; however, not all designated classifications within these forms are eligible for Premium Processing Service at this time. Where to File : Starting on April 2, 2007 new filing instructions are in effect for Form I-907 when it is filed with Form I-129, Petition for Nonimmigrant Workers. New instructions also apply to Form I-907 when filed to request Premium Processing services on a pending I-129 for a classification that is Premium eligible. The I-907 instructions related to an underlying I-140, Petition for Alien Worker, have not changed at this time. The filing location for Form I-907 depends on whether you are requesting Premium Processing Service for Form I-129 or for Form I-140. To learn where you should file your completed Forms I-907/I-129 for Premium Processing Services, see “Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-129” located in the upper right corner of this page under “Related Links.” Premium Processing Service for Form I-129 – Upgrades for Pending Cases If you have previously filed Form I-129, and you now wish to request Premium Processing Service for it, file the Form I-907 with the Service Center where your Form I-129 is pending. Include a copy of your Form I-797, Notice of Action, the filing receipt which you received, or a copy of the transfer notice (if you were notified that your pending Form I-129 has been transferred to another Service Center). To ensure that the Form I-907 is matched up with your pending Form I-129, you must answer each question 1 through 5 in Part 2 of the Form I-907. If this information is not provided, your Form I-907 will be rejected. Premium Processing Service for Form I-140 – Initial Filings Form I-140 is filed at the Nebraska Service Center. If you are requesting Premium Processing Service for your Form I-140, you must send both Forms I-907 and I-140 together, along with any required supplemental information. Nebraska Service Center
