Service Area: The CSC accepts and processes certain applications and petitions from locations across the country. Please check the instructions on the form to determine where you should file.

For mailing General Correspondence, please use the address below. . However, for status inquiries do not send a letter of inquiry, instead call Customer Service at 1-800-375-5283.

Mailing Your Application/Petition:
To mail your application, you must send it to the correct Post Office Box Number and the correct zip code. The application packages should be sent to:

The CSC accepts applications and petitions through the postal service, express mail and by bonded couriers only. Please use the correct P.O. Boxes and Zip Codes to mail your application. The following address is used for overnight delivery (Federal Express, UPS, etc.) or bonded courier delivery:

Please ensure postage is paid in full. The CSC will not accept mail for which postage is due.
Cable Requests: Cable formats will be faxed or e-mailed only if the petitioner can demonstrate a compelling reason that the cable should be faxed or e-mailed to an Embassy or Consulate abroad. There is no charge for a cable request made at the time of filing the petition. There is no charge for a cable when requested before adjudication of the application/petition. A cable will be faxed or e-mailed to an Embassy or Consulate if notification has been made subsequent to the approval of the application/petition by submitting a properly filed I-824 with fee.
